Shipping Method
WAY OF TRANSPORTATION
We have warehouses in the western and eastern United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
We will deliver your chairs directly to your door via local couriers (e.g. Dhl/Fedex/Ups-Truck) as long as there is someone to collect the goods.
You can choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout, so you don't have to worry about missing the delivery.
We deliver on your selected date and time 99% of the time.
In the rare case that we cannot deliver on time, we will try our best to call you at least 1 business day in advance to inform you of the change in delivery time.
Special Cases
For certain areas, such as restricted areas, islands, CBD towers, walk-up areas, additional delivery fees may be charged or delivery may only be made to the downstairs of your home.

Confirm Payment
Once the order is approved and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your order information is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping so that we can correct the information.
Shipping
Before shipping, we will conduct strict quality inspection and careful packaging. The order processing time is usually 2 business days. This time is used for order quality assurance, packaging, printing shipping labels, and handing over the goods to our shipping company for transportation. During the holidays, the order processing time is 3 business days.
Please note: Total shipping time = preparation time + shipping time.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, the processing time may be delayed.
Delivery time
Small items: Standard delivery time: 12 hours to 3 business days (may be delayed during holidays).
Large items: shipped by truck transportation service. Standard delivery time: 10-20 business days (may be delayed in remote areas or extreme weather).
Shipping cost
Currently, all items on our website are free shipping.
Tracking
After shipping, each customer will receive an email tracking number so that you can track the package. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service within 45 days of the order date to verify. For other order, product and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

1. Currently, we only support the US market.
2. Please provide detailed and correct shipping address, phone number and zip code so that we can deliver your order smoothly. Riley King is not responsible if the package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.
