Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your walker! However, if you are not satisfied in any way, we want to work with you to resolve the issue. But before you consider a return, remember that all of our walkers come with a one-year warranty, which you can learn more about here. Please email us at Support@RileyKing.shop and our customer support team will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
Order Processing Time
We will review and process the order within 1-12 hours of purchase and notify the warehouse immediately to prepare it.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can request to cancel their order within 1-2 days of placing the order.
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the estimated shipping time recorded in the system and within the specified deadline. If the cancellation request is made before shipping and within the allowed time, we will refund the full amount. Orders that exceed the cancellation period will continue to be shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Return within 30 days
If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we will refund or replace the full amount and provide free return shipping.
AMG Medical must be notified of a shipment error within 2 days of receiving the merchandise, after which the order is considered received.
A return shipping label containing the RMA will be emailed to you and must be affixed to the return package.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in a condition suitable for resale.
All refunds will be issued via Paypal and credited to your account. We will send an email confirmation.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we will require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, we only allow partial refunds:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours
Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
1. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
1.1 Usually processed within 10 business days (refunds may take longer depending on how payment platforms (such as PayPal) process them).
1.2. Your refund will be returned to your original payment account based on the refund method you selected. After the refund is completed

2.1. There is no handling fee for returns.
2.2. The refund amount is based on the actual payment amount (if you choose to return with free shipping, the return shipping fee will need to be deducted from the refund).
2.3. If the return is due to the merchant, the new shipping cost shall be borne by the merchant. If the return is due to the customer, the new shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Delayed or Missed Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email Support@RileyKing.shop.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the return amount. After we receive the return, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive to you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
